Irrigation specialist joins the team
In line with our commitment to the concept of “Irrigronomy” (Irrigation + Agronomy), Living Turf is excited to announce that Clint Shaw is joining our team, effective immediately.
Clint’s irrigation pedigree follows in the footsteps of his father Bill, who was also well-known as an industry specialist. Clint was first apprenticed as a greenkeeper at Kingston Heath GC, before moving to The Capital GC as an irrigation technician. Years later, Clint freelanced as an irrigation contractor, before joining Toro as a territory manager, where he worked for 12 years in ‘golf’ and ‘racing’ across the eastern seaboard.
“Clint’s appointment will serve to further enhance Living Turf’s service and support of the ANZ irrigation sector,” says Commercial Manager, Ashley Neuendorf. “Clint is widely known and well respected by turf managers and the broader irrigation market.”
At Living Turf, Clint will represent leading global brands including Rain Bird, Leemco and Groundworx. He joins our irrigation specialists Tyson Riley (WA), Shane Carman (SA), Mac Ross (Vic), and Martin O’Malley (NSW), and around 40 Living Turf sales agronomists who presently serve the professional turf market in Australia and New Zealand.
Commenting on joining Living Turf, Clint says, “I have a passion for service, and I love finding reliable solutions to help superintendents and turf managers sleep at night. I have watched the emergence of the Living Turf irrigation business and I feel I am joining a like-minded team.”
The appointment of Clint Shaw continues the regional rollout of Living Turf’s unique offer – which blends technology, product, irrigation and agronomy expertise, to help green spaces flourish.
